This has really spoke to me. I have been following The last Reformation . Torben is teaching on how to be like the church in Acts. What you are teaching is so relevant today. Many people are not satisfied with just going to church on Sunday. We need communities of fellow believers to help and encourage one another, and pray together, but not in a traditional setting.

Hiya!
Am happy to say that I’ve now joined the online classes. But, as a Jewish believer in the Hebrew messiah…this business of ‘church on Sunday’, although a habit for Christians, it is not very Biblical to say the least! In fact God’s day of rest is the Sabbath (Shabbat) Saturday.
Sunday is just that, the old pagan day of sun god worship. God is definately bringing believers back to their roots…and if that means, no church on Sundays, well, maybe it’s time to observe God’s commanded day of rest (and worship) the Hebrew Shabbat, rather than the Roman/Greek (pagan) replacement.
I say this with Love, as I know many believers are now much more open and informed than in the past.

It has to change as what has gone before is not fit for the new purpose that God has in mind. Organic and flexible it has to be. No superstars. Just each one of us who are listening and going to the places of calling to meet each ‘One’. Relationship replacing ritual resulting in revived people Wonderful!
