A Dream<\/strong><\/p>\n

This January, before we\u2019d heard of the Coronavirus outbreak, I had a dream. It was only a short dream, and in it I was watching a demonic entity and I heard the words clearly: \u2018Death destroyer\u2019 and then a word that I\u2019d not heard of: \u2018Floo-ha\u2019. I wrote it down in my notes as soon as I woke up, just as I\u2019d heard it.<\/p>\n

I asked the Holy Spirit to give me more insight and thought nothing more about it until a while later when the Coronavirus was first mentioned.<\/p>\n

Prophetic Words about a Virus<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the start of the year I was also going through prophetic words spoken over us in the past and asking the Lord to show us what our next steps should be. Two prophecies caught my eye and I began to pray into them. The first was from Tim Morley who gave us this word in January 2014:<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat you\u2019re doing won\u2019t be a church planting movement but a Kingdom movement. God is going to cause a movement, and in the early church that\u2019s what it was and it was on the margins of society. They were pushed to the edge of society, with intense persecution.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

In 100 AD there were 50-60,000 Christians but by 300 AD there were 34 million. Exponential growth. They had no buildings, no leadership structures like we do, no worship leaders, no Bible as such. It boiled down to two things \u2013 love and power.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The Lord is saying this movement is a movement in which old structures and old ways won\u2019t work. The gospel of the Kingdom will be like a virus, like in the first 300 years. A \u2018sneezable\u2019 gospel! Pushed to the margins and yet moves in incredible power and force \u2013 nothing can stop the growth.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Acceleration. The movement you ignite will be part of a big picture. People being released, apostolic teams – grass roots going out and doing it. God is stripping the old away and we are stepping into something that almost becomes out of control. Nations panic because of a virus, out of control. Apostolic teams are unfolding.\u201d<\/strong><\/em> I read this in January, right before any mention of the Coronavirus.<\/p>\n

And then the same day I read another prophetic word, given to us by a 12 year old boy in March 2017: \u201cYou have a virus like from Planet of the Apes. It\u2019s contagious. It goes to people quickly. People around you get it, then they take it into their home, then it goes to the airport and it travelled all over the world within a year, or whatever. The virus represents God\u2019s love and people are getting it all over and it\u2019s spreading. They are going out and they are carrying it to others.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

It\u2019s very interesting that soon after I\u2019d read these words in January, I had a vision of an angel telling us to go and help birth a move of God in the UK and worldwide. With the thoughts of being contagious with the love and power of the gospel, we stepped out in faith, packed up our home and moved out two weeks ago. At around the same time, the extremely contagious Coronavirus broke out and at the time of writing this, has just been declared a \u2018Pandemic\u2019.<\/p>\n

As quoted from Tim in his prophecy, \u201cNations panic because of a virus that is out of control\u2026 God is stripping the old away and we are stepping into something that is almost out of control. Apostolic teams are unfolding\u2026.\u201d<\/p>\n

He is sending us!<\/strong><\/p>\n

The first two towns the Lord has sent us to in the UK to release apostolic teams and help ignite this move of God, just happen to be where the first two places were closed when the virus was initially discovered in the UK. One was a medical centre in one town, the other at a hospital. Confirmation that God is wanting to move with miracles and healings and that we\u2019re in the right place at the right time. Rather than panic that we were heading to the epicentre of the Coronavirus outbreak in the UK, I was excited. I thought of Rick Joyner\u2019s saying: \u201cWarriors run to<\/em> the sound of battle, not away from it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Very often throughout church history we see that a spiritual awakening and move of God happens right after or during some kind of disaster or other challenging circumstance. Think of the Azusa St Revival which happened alongside the massive earthquake in nearby San Francisco which killed 3,000 people. Whether revivals are ignited by more people calling out to God during a disaster or whether there are other reasons, I believe this current pandemic is confirmation and a wonderful opportunity for God to pour out His Spirit and ignite such a powerful move of God such as we\u2019ve never seen before.<\/p>\n

Death Destroyer<\/strong><\/p>\n

Going back to the dream I had at the start of the year. Because I heard, \u201cDeath destroyer\u201d so clearly, I was sure that was its name. And now with the Coronavirus outbreak, we can see that those words are descriptively accurate. However, looking back today on my dream notes, I saw the words \u2018Death destroyer\u2019 as being who Jesus is. The Lord stated that He came to earth to \u201cdestroy the works of the enemy\u201d. He has victory over death because of the cross. So Jesus is the destroyer of death: Death Destroyer! And through Him, we can push back death too.<\/p>\n

In the dream, I saw the demonic entity but I<\/em> was watching it<\/em>, not the other way around. I believe the Lord has given us power, and authority (through His name and His blood) to use that power. Now is the time for us to wake up and use that authority! Rather than being subject to what is going on around us, let\u2019s go on the offensive and push back the darkness.<\/p>\n

One of my favourite verses is Luke 10:19 where Jesus says to His followers: \u201cI have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall harm you!\u201d Snakes and scorpions often represent demonic powers and sickness. Let\u2019s believe these words of Jesus, step out in faith and do something about it. Let\u2019s crush those things underfoot as we march forward carrying the contagious love and power of God. It\u2019s time to go viral!<\/p>\n

Be contagious with the love and power of God<\/strong><\/p>\n

So many people are in fear and panic, and many lives disrupted through this pandemic. Nothing is certain anymore and lives are being turned upside down. However, as followers of Jesus who has all<\/em> authority in heaven and on earth and under the earth, we can choose whether to come into agreement with that fear, panic and destruction from the enemy, or whether, by faith to push through and help ignite this powerful move of God in healing, deliverance and miracles.<\/p>\n

What an awesome opportunity we have right now. Let\u2019s grasp our spiritual weapons with both hands, let\u2019s use the arsenal the Lord has given us. We\u2019ve had the teaching, read our Bibles, prayed for God to use us and attended meetings. Now it\u2019s time to step into the fray and put into action everything we\u2019ve learned. He is sending us. Yes it\u2019s scary, yes things are uncertain, yes there is fear around us but with this promise from Psalm 91 in our hearts, let us go and release the contagious, all powerful, message of the good news of Jesus everywhere that we go. And if we\u2019re not allowed out in person, let\u2019s go in the Spirit!<\/p>\n

\u201cWhoever dwells in the shelter\u00a0of the Most High<\/strong><\/em>
\nwill rest in the shadow\u00a0of the Almighty.<\/strong><\/em>
\n2\u00a0<\/sup>I will say of the\u00a0Lord, \u201cHe is my refuge\u00a0and my fortress,<\/strong><\/em>
\nmy God, in whom I trust.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

3\u00a0<\/sup>Surely he will save you<\/strong><\/em>
\nfrom the fowler\u2019s snare<\/strong><\/em>
\nand from the deadly pestilence.<\/strong><\/em>
\n4\u00a0<\/sup>He will cover you with his feathers,<\/strong><\/em>
\nand under his wings you will find refuge;<\/strong><\/em>
\nhis faithfulness will be your shield\u00a0and rampart.<\/strong><\/em>
\n5\u00a0<\/sup>You will not fear\u00a0the terror of night,<\/strong><\/em>
\nnor the arrow that flies by day,<\/strong><\/em>
\n6\u00a0<\/sup>nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,<\/strong><\/em>
\nnor the plague that destroys at midday.<\/strong><\/em>
\n7\u00a0<\/sup>A thousand may fall at your side,<\/strong><\/em>
\nten thousand at your right hand,<\/strong><\/em>
\nbut it will not come near you.<\/strong><\/em>
\n8\u00a0<\/sup>You will only observe with your eyes<\/strong><\/em>
\nand see the punishment of the wicked.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

9\u00a0<\/sup>If you say, \u201cThe\u00a0Lord\u00a0is my refuge,\u201d<\/strong><\/em>
\nand you make the Most High your dwelling,<\/strong><\/em>
\n10\u00a0<\/sup>no harm\u00a0will overtake you,<\/strong><\/em>
\nno disaster will come near your tent.<\/strong><\/em>
\n11\u00a0<\/sup>For he will command his angels\u00a0concerning you<\/strong><\/em>
\nto guard you in all your ways;<\/strong><\/em>
\n12\u00a0<\/sup>they will lift you up in their hands,<\/strong><\/em>
\nso that you will not strike your foot against a stone.<\/strong><\/em>
\n13\u00a0<\/sup>You will tread on the lion and the cobra;<\/strong><\/em>
\nyou will trample the great lion and the serpent.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

14\u00a0<\/sup>\u201cBecause he loves me,\u201d says the\u00a0Lord, \u201cI will rescue him;<\/strong><\/em>
\nI will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.<\/strong><\/em>
\n15\u00a0<\/sup>He will call on me, and I will answer him;<\/strong><\/em>
\nI will be with him in trouble,<\/strong><\/em>
\nI will deliver him and honor him.<\/strong><\/em>
\n16\u00a0<\/sup>With long life\u00a0I will satisfy him<\/strong><\/em>
\nand show him my salvation.\u201d Psalm 91.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
